Expansion, operation and closure
We work with our mining clients across all stages of the lifecycle, from exploration, pre-feasibility and feasibility, through to development, operation, decommissioning and closure.
By way of example: we have conducted feasibility assessments for new facilities in Russia; we have helped clients reduce and earn from GHG emissions from mining facilities in North America; and we have managed environmental authorisations and permits for clients in Namibia.
In Australia we enjoy a collaborative relationship with TWP, a multi-disciplinary resource and infrastructure focussed design house and EPCM, who have over 1,600 staff across Africa and Australia.

For several decades we have worked for many of the leading mining houses in Africa and we have a diverse range of experience with different types of minerals and mines.
