Copper mine in Aitik, Sweden

Aitik, near Gällivare, is one of Europe's biggest copper mines. A considerable amount of gold and silver is also produced here. Over 18m tonnes of ore are currently mined every year.

Eurobor injections

WSP Terrasond was contracted to do a study of the foundations on a 6-floor high-rise building in Gothenburg. Control of building foundations resulted in Eurobor injections.

Freedom Tower - redevelopment of World Trade Center

Downtown New York will see a World Trade Center (WTC) complex with monumental high rise buildings of superior commercial space, a modernized transportation system, cultural and memorial landmarks.

Igelsta combined heat and power plant

Since it came on stream in 1982, the Igelsta power plant in Södertälje, Sweden has undergone several improvements to reduce its environmental impact and convert its three boilers to a largely renewable fuel supply.
