On behalf of the Directors and staff at Charterhouse, I am pleased to announce that on 1st April 2008 Charterhouse became part of WSP Group plc – one of the world’s fastest-growing design and management consultancies.

We specialise in the integrated design of mechanical and electrical building services installations, project management and professional independent and impartial facilities management advice on all aspects of mechanical and electrical services in the built environment.
WSP operates as a specialist in the property and infrastructure sectors providing a full range of services from planning through to design, implementation and maintenance.
Thanks to its multi-disciplinary capability, WSP can offer fully-integrated delivery teams to local and global clients and this will enable the existing staff and clients of Charterhouse unique new opportunities and enhanced support in the future.

Existing projects will continue to be serviced from the Charterhouse teams at the Tunbridge Wells and London Bridge offices, thereby ensuring that our transition into the management structure of WSP has no detrimental effect on the delivery and completion of work on which we are engaged. The team based at London Bridge will be moving to the new WSP headquarters building in November 2008.
We hope to build upon our existing relationships through leveraging the additional support and knowledge that becoming part of WSP brings.
We are extremely proud of our track record and heritage and this move now enables us to deliver a truly world class service in the future.
