The extent varied but was in average 10 hours per week. The assignment mainly consisted of preparation and review of safety data sheets in SAP. In addition to Kemira in Helsingborg safety data sheets were also prepared for Kemira in Norway, UK, Netherlands, Germany and the United States.
The assignment also included preparation of documentation needed for registration under REACH (Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006) and minor reports, for example on waste and by-products. At the end of the assignment WSP Environmental arranged part of a two-day training course for new employers at Kemira about how to prepare safety data sheets in SAP.
