Our culture is dynamic and vibrant and our flexible structure allows for rapid career progress. We pride ourselves in recognising the quality and achievements of our staff, and reward motivation and commitment with a high level of support and encouragement. With an exceptional variety of high profile projects on offer across the world, the opportunity to work abroad is a real possibility.
If you're studying civil/structural/building services/electrical/mechanical engineering or more specialist areas such as environmental/transport planning, then you are well placed to join us. We also have opportunities for work placement students.
To apply, please create an account and complete a speculative application. Your application information will be processed in WSP's recruitment database. We accept applications throughout the year both from final year students and from those looking for vacation/industrial placements. In addition, we occasionally have specific immediate opportunities for recently qualified graduates - reference should be made to the job opportunities.
Around half of our graduate intake is for vacancies based in the UK and here we use an assessment centre approach to source the best candidates. If you want to be considered for these assessment centres then we recommend that you apply to us before the end of December each year.
