In 2006, the Town of Cary, NC adopted a master plan for an area of 1,000 acres in western Cary, the last large tract of land in the Town. This 288 unit multi-family residential development will be among the first projects constructed in the planned development zone.
WSP SELLS led the coordination process required for the development of this parcel as part of a larger area of the 1,000-acre tract. This development included several thoroughfares and collector streets as well as a “Main Street” concept that will connect the planned residential and commercial areas.
