Located next to the 725,000 square foot White Oak Crossing power retail center, the Abberly Apartments provide a stylish, upscale living experience and award winning design. With more than 300 unites, the community required extensive infrastructure improvements, all coordinated by WSP SELLS design team.
Storm drainage, erosion control, stormwater management and utilities were all featured aspects of the project, as was construction administration. This significant work also required alignment of a major new thoroughfare and designing with limited excavation due to existing subsoil conditions.
Unique Highlights Included:
- Coordination of extension of infrastructure, including the alignment of Timber Drive extension
- Limitations requiring minimal rock excavation
