WSP SELLS was responsible for the resident engineering and construction inspection services for the reconstruction of the 65th Street Bridge and Bay Parkway over New York City Transit Authority (NYCTA) Sea Beach Line.
The project involved the substantial rehabilitation of two bridge structures, both over four sets of NYCTA tracks.

- Two structures with reinforced concrete barrel arches over NYCTA
- Extensive maintenance and protection of traffic schemes and detours
