PROJECT DESCRIPTION:


Modeling included multiple design iterations of the complete 3D model for this 105 story structure. Detailing included the top of podium including the 55 ton steel plate corner nodes as well as an additional 40 floors within the tower.
An additional contract to incorporate BIM and  coordinate the large amount of  concrete reinforcing bars with structural steel has also been undertaken.
