  • 30 The Bond in Sydney, Australia’s first 5 star Green Star - Office As Built V2 rating and 2005 Australia Winner Property Council of Australia Award
  • Council House 2 in Melbourne, Australia’s first 6 star Green Star -  Office Design rating in Australia and winner of awards such as The Sustainable Building Services Award 2007 Sustainable Building/Development of the Year
  • NELHA, the first LEED platinum rated building in Hawaii, and the first building in the world to use deep sea water for 100% cooling without the need for fans
  • The Summer in Perth, Australia’s first Green Star Certified multi unit residential development
  • Melbourne Convention Centre, the first 6 star Green Star Convention Centre rating and winner of the Banksia 2009 Built Environment Award
  • City Central Tower 1 in Adelaide, Australia’s first building to be awarded a 5 star Green Star - Office As Built V2 Certified Rating, a 5 star Green Star - Office Design V2 Certified rating and 5 star NABERS rating
  • Southern Cross Station in Melbourne, Australia’s first recipient of the prestigious Lubetkin Prize (2007) from the Royal Institute of British Architects
