Our approach is to ensure that our engineers are constantly up to date with the latest techniques, learning and analytical tools. At a business level we have a series of Technical Boards which are responsible for ensuring that our technical offering is constantly being developed. They are responsible for ensuring that knowledge is shared around the business and used so that we are at the forefront of service delivery.
We have a number of support divisions to develop our technical offerings. Key amongst these is our Group Technical Centre ( GTC ) which is a central team dedicated to transporting technical excellence around the whole business.
Our training programmes are designed in collaboration with the relevant professional bodies to ensure that our staff are prepared for the constantly changing demands placed on them by technology and knowledge development.
