Rikard joined WSP Sweden in 1996 after working as a technical consultant in Sweden and Germany. He became responsible for WSP Construction Design in 1999 and Managing Director for WSP Sweden in 2002. He became Managing Director for WSP Europe in 2006.

Esko Järvenpää has been employed in the Group since 1972. Previously he worked as the Managing Director of the WSP ConsultingKortes Ltd and is nowadays a Leading Consultant and Expert in Bridges in WSP Finland Oy. Esko Järvenpää has a Licentiate’s Degree in Technology.

Kirsi Hautala has been working for WSP since 2002 and was appointed Managing Director of WSP Finland Oy in January 2012. Between 2007-2011 she was the Deputy Managing Director and in charge of the development of the company’s business operations. Ms Hautala is a Doctor of Technology.

Mika Valkonen has been working for the Group since 1987 undertaking various tasks, such as Construction Consultant, IT, Quality and Administrative Manager and Financial Manager. Since 2007, he has been the Financial Manager of WSP Finland Oy. Mika Valkonen is a Master of Science (Eng.).
