Silvian Marcus, P.E., F.ASCE - Chairman
Mr. Marcus has been with the company since 1972, and is a world renowned concrete engineer with an extensive portfolio of high rise structures throughout the world. He has managed numerous projects, including office buildings, residential buildings, hotels, and institutional buildings valued at more than $10 billion in construction costs.

Dr. Ahmad Rahimian, P.E., S.E., F.ASCE - Chief Executive
Ahmad Rahimian, Ph.D., joined Cantor Seinuk in 1981. An expert in the behavior of structures under seismic and wind loading, he has written and published widely on designing towering structures and tall buildings and has been involved in the design and engineering of buildings, stadiums, and bridges in cities around the world. He holds a U.S. patent in seismic protective design. Dr. Rahimian is also chairman of one of the committees responsible for updating the New York City Building Code.

Jeffrey Smilow, P.E., F.ASCE - President
Mr. Smilow began his career with Cantor Seinuk in 1984. He has over thirty years of experience in structural engineering, with an extensive background in the design and renovation of a variety of steel and concrete structures. His diverse experience includes high rise structures in both steel and concrete framing systems, longs span steel structures, stadium structures and renovations of existing structures. His extensive experience involves diverse building types including office buildings, residential towers, hotels, educational institutions, hospitals, stadiums and transportation facilities.

Kamran Moazami, P.E., F.ASCE - Director WSP Cantor Seinuk, UK, Senior Vice President USA
Mr. Moazami has over 24 years experience in the design of variety of high-rise/low-rise buildings including residential, hotel, retail commercial, marine and parking structures. He has been responsible for structural analysis and design from schematic to contract documents, preparation of specifications, supervision of office and field engineers and construction phase liaison with the contractors. In addition, he has in-depth experience in lateral analysis of buildings utilizing a variety of structural engineering packages. As director of WSP Cantor Seinuk, since 1989 Kamran has been responsible for the structural design of over 10 million square feet of hotel, commercial, residential, retail and parking structures constructed or under construction in the United Kingdom and overseas.
