Bart Sullivan, P.E. - Senior Vice President, Director, Middle East
Mr. Sullivan joined Cantor Seinuk in 1994. He holds a Master’s degree in engineering from Cornell University and an undergraduate degree from Rutgers College of Engineering. He is an expert in 3-dimensional computer analysis and design of lateral bracing systems for high-rise structures. His project experience includes buildings and facilities in New York, Florida, and Minnesota and in countries including Mexico, the Philippines, and Turkey.
Vladimir Seijas, P.E. - Senior Vice President
Mr. Seijas received his engineering education in Venezuela. He has over 15 years of experience in the design and inspection of a diverse range of commercial, institutional, educational and residential facilities, including office towers, hotels, apartment buildings, hospitals and parking garages, with particular expertise in the design of hi-rise buildings. Mr. Seijas is knowledgeable in the use of post-tensioned, reinforced concrete and structural steel, and also experienced in coordinating complex multi-million dollar projects.
Ryan Dow, P.E. - Vice President
Mr. Dow joined the firm in 2006. He has undertaken structural analysis and design on various large scale projects for architectural, institutional and developer clients, involving project coordination and contract/ construction administration. He is also proficient in lateral design, dynamic analysis and foundation design. Mr. Dow has extensive experience in the design of steel, reinforced concrete, masonry and wood structures.
Yoram Eilon, P.E. - Vice President
Mr. Eilon has over ten years of experience in the design of high-rise commercial, office and residential towers, stadiums, and industrial structures. Mr. Eilon joined the company in 1999. He has completed various projects through all engineering phases from feasibility studies and initial conceptual design to production of contract documents and construction administration. His work experience includes new construction as well as rehabilitation and alteration of existing structures.
Yefim Gurevich, P.E. - Vice President
Mr. Gurevich joined the firm in 1993. Since then, he has participated in the design and construction of various institutional, commercial and industrial buildings. He has been involved in the analysis and design of new concrete and steel buildings as well as the renovation and rehabilitation of existing structures. His experience ranges from the design of foundation elements to the development of various superstructure framing systems.
Susan Erdélyi Hámos, P.E. - Vice President
Ms. Hamos joined the firm in 1994. She has over twenty years of experience in the design of projects for hotel, residential, commercial retail, entertainment and industrial construction. She has completed various projects through all engineering phases from feasibility studies and initial conceptual design to detailed engineering and assistance to the field team during construction. Her work experience includes new construction as well as rehabilitation and alteration of existing structures.
Rodica Kestenband, P.E. - Vice President
Ms. Kestenband received her engineering education in Romania and joined Cantor Seinuk in 1994. She has worked on industrial, commercial, residential, and institutional buildings in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, and Texas as well as overseas projects in China and Saudi Arabia. She specializes in structural steel design. Her work experience includes new construction as well as rehabilitation and alteration of existing structures.
Cynthia Liu, P.E. - Vice President
Ms. Liu joined the firm in 1994. She has over 20 years of experience and has completed various projects including residential, hotel, commercial and sport structures through all engineering phases from feasibility studies and initial conceptual design to detailed engineering and assistance to the field team during construction. Her work experience includes new construction as well as rehabilitation and alteration of existing structures.
Allen Thompson, P.E. - Vice President
Mr. Thompson joined the firm in 1998. He has over 16 years of experience covering many different types of projects ranging from commercial, sports, educational, industrial and residential. His responsibilities, in addition to design, include structural design coordination between architects, engineers, contractors and construction management. He also possesses a thorough knowledge of steel connections.
Pedro Rodriguez, P.E. - Vice President, Director of Field Operations
Mr. Rodriguez joined the company in 1971. Mr. Rodriguez’s background includes a wide range of design and supervision activities, structural design of buildings and bridges, field rating, forensic investigation and repair of existing structures, and upgrading of bridges to permit heavier loadings. His knowledge of materials of construction, non-destructive inspection, rehabilitation techniques, and forensic investigations, gained him an enviable reputation within the industry.
Charles Guerrero - Vice President - Director of CADD Operations
Mr. Guerrero has over 25 years of experience in the structural field. He currently manages the Drafting Department for the New York office. He provides overall drafting supervision and coordination for various steel and reinforced concrete structures (cast-in-place, prestressed and precast) in all phases of design and construction. His experience encompasses most building types including government, residential, commercial, industrial and office buildings; educational, cultural and religious institutions; correctional facilities; hospital and medical facilities; and recreational and sport complexes.
