Sustainable Consultancy Services
Low Carbon Master Plan
WSP Sustainability believes that the best approach for building carbon emission reduction should be started from the beginning – a suitable master plan, in which the following areas have been developed in conjunction with architect master planning:
- Climate analysis (rain water, solar radiation, wind, temperature and relative humidity
- Micro-climate on site, wind and thermal island analysis
- Building shapes in the space and passive energy savings;
- Renewables on site and energy options;
- Low carbon traffic system design;
- Green coverage and planting ;
- Gray water reuse and rain water collections;
- Low carbon industries.
Green Building Assessment
WSP Sustainability also provide consultancy on green building assessment against LEED, HK BEAM, China GBL and UK BREAM. We have qualified engineers who have successfully experienced a number of projects for green building assessment against those standards; the team provides a “cradle to cradle” service with our clients and other design teams.
Integration Design with MEP
The team members have a strong MEP background, and therefore our sustainability options like energy savings, water savings and renewable energy are integrated with MEP which drives our ideas at successfully achieving the targets set up. We have a number of different tools like eQuest, TAS, TRNSYS being extensively used for this unique feature. We provide services on:

- System performance prediction and optimization;
