WSP has been the engineering Professional Services Provider (PSP) for structural and geotechnial design consultancy for the Public Rental Housing Development at Hung Shui Kiu Area 13 Phase 2. The project will be a single domestic block and a 3-storey commercial centre with car park. Total GFA is approx. 68,800 sq.m.
Revit Structure model has been built for all design information from site boundaries, topographic survey, geological profiles, building structures and foundations. Design drawings including Ground Investigation Plans, Preliminary Bored Pile Plans and Preliminary Framing Plans have been issued from the model.
Besides Structural and Geotechnical Design Consultancy, WSP has also been responsible for BIM Consultancy Services for for the whole Area 13 development, which consists of nine domestic blocks, commercial centre, carpark and Public Transportation Interchange with total GFA over 240,000 sq.m.
