A ‘Grade A” office building, it consists of one 30-storey office tower and 4 levels of basement for car parking and M&E facilities. The site area of the Development is approximately 3500 sq.m. and it has a total GFA of 68,800 sq.m. (56,600 sq.m. above ground; 12,200 sq.m. below ground)
WSP provided full civil, structural, geotechnical and MEP engineering consultancy services for the whole project. The project is HK BEAM-Platinum targeted. Green features are adopted in the design and construction.
WSP was also assigned for the consulting service to build a BIM model for the project which comprises of full details of architectural, structural, MEP and facade. This comprehensive model has greatly assisted the client and project management team in the design planning and collaboration of various parties, particularly before the commencement of the construction.
The project won 2009 Autodesk HK Building Information Modeling (BIM) Awards for its great achievement in implementation of BIM to enhance the design standards.
