This project is located in the are of Zhong Guan Cun, northeast area of Beijing. It proposed to be developed in two phases. The site area is 258,000sq.m. and total construction area of 233,000sq.m. Phase I includes a R&D Centre (9 nos. of L shape buildings) and a Staff Dining Hall.
WSP has provided civil, structural, building services service for Phase 1 from concept design up to design development stage.
