CCB Tower, situated on the site of the former Ritz Carlton Hotel in the heart of the CBD of Hong Kong, is a 22-storey 'Grade A' office building providing a total gross floor area of approximately 22,000 sq.m.
Upon the anticipated completion in late 2012, the tower will serve as the headquarters for the Hong Kong operation of China Construction Bank, as well as offer high-end office facilities for international firms.
WSP has provided full Building Services engineering consultancy services for this development since 2009.

In the tower's immediate proximity, it is the 39-storey AIA Central (previously called AIG Tower), which was also designed by WSP HK's building services team and completed in 2005.
