The Green Star SA Rating Tool is an independent rating tool that is a powerful means of transforming the property industry towards a more sustainable development. WSP formed part of the technical working group involved with the development of the first Green Star SA Rating Tool for Offices in 2008, and now, as the Technical Consultant on the Green Star SA Retail Tool development, WSP is committed to a successful delivery of this tool, ensuring that the Green Star SA Rating Tool will significantly assist in transforming the development market in South Africa towards sustainability.
