WSP Future Energy
Future Energy is a specialist division of WSP providing project management, front end engineering design, modelling and a suite of services across the whole project life-cycle to the future energy sector. With the ability to work as either the Owner’s or Lender’s engineer, we provide complete solutions from pre-feasibility through design to operation and maintenance and decommissioning for utilities, renewable energy developers and funders.
Our experience in power generation and distribution includes onshore and offshore wind farms, offshore marine renewables projects, solar technologies, biomass, biogas and waste-to-energy, and electricity transmission and distribution. And through specialists across WSP, we also support projects in the nuclear and oil & gas sectors.
We are firmly embedded in the future energy market, we understand both the established and emerging technologies and we have the depth and breadth of expertise to take a project from strategy through to implementation.
