Integrated solutions for site investigations
The laboratory supports our own soil and groundwater teams, providing an integrated solution to contaminated land investigations. We also support built environment investigations with a specialist asbestos testing laboratory.
We handle routine classification and performance testing of soils for geotechnical projects. Tests include compaction, consolidation, shear strength, classification and rock strength.
Our capability includes accredited methods for a variety of processes, from colourimetry to analysis of asbestos-containing materials. We have developed one of the most extensive ranges of UKAS and MCERTS accredited tests in the industry. We also participate in external benchmarking proficiency schemes, including Aquacheck, CONTEST and RICE.
