In the UK we are lead consultants for Yorkshire Forward’s Renaissance Market Towns (RMT) programme in the Dearne Valley, and are leading the process to implement long term community-led regeneration and bring together numerous regeneration initiatives in the area to combine skills and resources. In Sweden we are implementing the renewal development plan in the Southern part of Stockholm Metropolitan Region.
In addition, WSP is one of the leading international environmental businesses carrying out Strategic Environmental Assessments and Sustainability Appraisals for all types of developments. For contaminated land and remediation, we are able to transfer liability from the client, helping to manage risks associated with regenerative development.
