At WSP we are committed to providing all of our staff with training & development opportunities which enable them to enhance their skills and knowledge both for the benefit of the business and also to help them realise their own career ambitions.
WSP University, which is available via our intranet, gives staff access to training and development activities across a broad variety of topics and using a variety of learning styles including courses, e-learning, videos, books etc.
We offer a mixture of training programmes that are either targeted at staff with specific roles in the business such as technical experts, project managers and business leaders or are more generic in nature and therefore of relevance to all staff regardless of their role.
